Where can I park at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion?

There are multiple parking lots at the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, and you can also purchase Premier Parking and VIP Parking for the most convenient way to park, close to the venue.

Can I bring food and drink into the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion?

The only type of food or drink that is allowed into the venue is water. If you want to bring your own water into the venue it must be in a factory-sealed bottle. You’ll find water bottle refilling stations located in the Walt Whitman Plaza and Ben Franklin Plaza and there are concession stands throughout the venue serving food and beverages.

What should I do if I lose an item at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion?

If you lose an item while attending an event at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, go to Guest Services to check whether it has been handed in. 

Are lawn chairs allowed in Freedom Mortgage Pavilion?

No, you are not permitted to bring lawn chairs into Freedom Mortgage Pavilion but if you have tickets for the lawn section, you can hire lawn chairs at the venue.

Can I pay with cash at the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden?

No, the venue is cashless so you will need a credit or debit card or mobile payment app to make purchases when inside the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion. However, if you want to exchange cash for a payment card, you can do this at the information desk.

Are animals allowed into the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion?

Only registered service animals are allowed into the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion.

Can I buy merchandise at an event at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion?

Yes, for most events there are several Concert Gear booths in the venue, located in the Walt Whitman Lobby and Ben Franklin Lobby.

Is there a security check at the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion?

Yes, for every event there is a thorough security check, including metal detectors, bag checks, and sometimes pat downs. It is recommended that you read through the full list of prohibited items and the bag policy requirements. Any items that the venue management deems unsafe will be confiscated at the entry.

How many seats does the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion have?

The outdoor amphitheater of the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion has a 25,000 capacity. During winter months, the pavilion is converted into a fully enclosed theater with a capacity of 7,000.

Is food and drink inside Freedom Mortgage Pavilion expensive?

The price of food and drink from the concessions stalls can be expensive compared to other event venues. You are allowed to bring water into the venue and there are plenty of restaurants and food outlets near the venue to eat at before or after an event if you don’t want to pay the venue prices.
