If you're someone who grew up in the 2000s, you remember those ads we talked about earlier. There was some competition in the CD market. The difference between Kidz Bop and the NOW That's What I Call Music series was that, precisely, Kidz Bop had children singing the songs. This concept has evolved beautifully with these live shows. Of course, the main draw is the ability to see talented kids singing and dancing on stage. There won't be any "mysterious" song playing at this show. They are all going to be tracks that you and your family recognize.
One of the elements that sometimes goes under the radar with these shows is that they'll only sing "clean" versions of songs. In last year's tour, for example, they had a sing-along for "I'm Good" by David Guetta. The original track has some expletives, but for this Kidz Bop version, those obviously did not make the cut. As a parent, you can relax and have that peace of mind that no part of the show will be too rude or "dark" for kids. Also, these kids who are going to be singing and dancing on stage really do know how to set the tone!
