PAIN!!! Are you ready for the PAIN?! Here Comes the Pain Tour punches its way into Camden, New Jersey's Freedom Mortgage Pavilion on Saturday, August 10th 2024. Punching you in the face first is Orbit Culture, followed shortly by a F***ing gut kick while you're still on the ground by Knocked Loose... and finally, just before you black out, Slipknot are gonna pick you back up, and slam you down again!!! So, smash that "Get Tickets" button, smash it like it's a whiney little b****.

Slipknots' Here Comes The Pain Tour 2024, celebrating 25 years of their 1999 self-titled album, peaking at number 51 on the Billboard 200, voted the best debut album of the last 25 years in Metal Hammer magazine, it is certified double platinum and is the bands' best-selling album. Get ready for the hard hitting tracks, "Wait and Bleed," and, "Spit It Out." Plus, the bands' wardrobe has been re-set to the red jumpsuits from the era too!

Slipknot Tickets from $53

"We loved what we did with the first record, but we didn't even know if there was gonna be anything after that," said guitarist Jim Root of the album. "We just wanted people to hear it. Selling out of records and shows, having successful tours– those are goals for any band. But the dream scenario in some ways, came true for us."

The North American Here Comes the Pain Tour will be kicking in doorways of the nation's biggest venues like Madison Square Garden in New York City, the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto and Moody Center in Austin, Texas. As well as coming along and breaking s*** at Camden's Freedom Mortgage Pavilion on August 10th 2024. Finally, as usual, the tour ends up back home in Iowa for the annual Knotfest at Waterworks Park. Knocked Loose will be supporting on all dates, while Orbit Culture and Vended will be splitting their support between August and September respectively.

While Slipknot's self-titled debut never hit above 50 on the Billboard 200 chart, it did reach number 1 on the Heatseekers chart, selling 360,000 copies within the first six months, becoming the biggest selling metal album at the time, and earning the band their very first Grammy Nomination for Best Metal Performance. The album has since gone double platinum, and the band re-released a special edition version, and a DVD box-set in 2009 to commemorate its 10th anniversary. Slipknots' follow-up album, Iowa, hit number 3 on the Billboard 200, and earned the band two more Grammy Nominations. Followed in 2004 by the album, Vol. 3, and finally getting them the Grammy for Best Metal Performance for, "Before I Forget," in 2006.

So, the old red jumpsuits are back in, and a new band photo has been posted on Slipknot’s Instagram account, finally confirming Eloy Casagrande as their new drummer, although they have yet to identify the keyboard and sampler player brought on last year replacing Craig Jones, and bringing the band back up to the magic number of 9 touring members.
